RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings and all other pierced jewellery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Gift cards and gift packaging are also final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
We must receive your return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 10 days of receiving the return authorization.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable insurance fees. A Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) is required for all returns. Please refer to the instructions above to request an RMA and start a return.
We kindly ask that you package your return carefully. Blue Likya is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Any used, damaged, or altered items, or anything Blue Likya considers questionable or does not comply with our Return Policy, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
Refunds will be issued only for the cost of returned items and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.
We cannot accept returns of items purchased from other stores or websites that sell our products. Contact the original place of purchase for their return policy.
Sale items are final sales and do not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.

Exchanges
At Blue Likya, we aim to make returns as smooth and straightforward as possible. While we do not offer direct exchanges, we recommend a quicker and more convenient option: return the item(s) you no longer need and place a new order for the pieces you love.
