Once your order has shipped, changes are not possible. If your order is still being processed, we may be able to assist with an update or cancellation.

Your jewelry will arrive in our recyclable gift box and 100% cotton pouch, wrapped in tissue paper.
To reduce packaging waste, we may pack two smaller pouches in a single jewelry box. If you prefer each piece individually boxed, simply select the Gift Bag & Tissue option at checkout, ideal for gifting.
Our packaging is thoughtfully designed using FSC-certified paper from 70% recycled sources, with no foam or velour inserts. Plastic-free, fully recyclable, and biodegradable, beautiful to give, and gentle on the environment.
Simply add your chosen jewellery to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your code in the field marked ‘Discount code or gift card’ beneath your order summary.
Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be applied after a purchase is completed. Multiple gift cards may be used within the same order.
Your discount will be reflected at the final stage of checkout.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a separate email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
