How do I know you have received my order?Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout. If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us, we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I update my address or cancel my order?Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order, particularly if your billing and shipping addresses differ. Once your order has shipped, changes are not possible. If your order is still being processed, we may be able to assist with an update or cancellation. For support, please contact our Customer Care team promptly.

How will my order be packaged? Do you offer gift wrapping?Your jewelry will arrive in our recyclable gift box and 100% cotton pouch, wrapped in tissue paper. To reduce packaging waste, we may pack two smaller pouches in a single jewelry box. If you prefer each piece individually boxed, simply select the Gift Bag & Tissue option at checkout, ideal for gifting. Our packaging is thoughtfully designed using FSC-certified paper from 70% recycled sources, with no foam or velour inserts. Plastic-free, fully recyclable, and biodegradable, beautiful to give, and gentle on the environment.

How do I redeem a discount code or gift card?Simply add your chosen jewellery to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your code in the field marked ‘Discount code or gift card’ beneath your order summary. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be applied after a purchase is completed. Multiple gift cards may be used within the same order. Your discount will be reflected at the final stage of checkout.

Can I track my order?Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a separate email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update.

I haven’t received my order yet. What can I do?We make every effort to deliver your order within the timeframe of the shipping option selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel from our studio to your door. How do I create an account?To create a new account, simply click here. Upon registration, you’ll receive 250 welcome points to start enjoying our rewards program. If you already have an account, you are automatically enrolled and can begin earning points with every purchase, which can be redeemed on future orders.

Can I shop without creating an account?You may browse freely, but to access the cart and proceed with checkout, creating an account will be required. By registering, your information is securely saved, enabling you to easily track orders and make future purchases without re-entering details.

How do I know when an item I want is back in stock?Our jewelry is crafted in small batches. If an item you love is out of stock, simply click the “Notify me when available” button on the product page and enter your email. We will notify you as soon as the piece is back in stock.

How do I purchase or redeem a gift card?Our digital gift cards are available under the ‘Gifts’ section, with values starting from US$25.00. To redeem, simply enter your unique code at checkout in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ field, the balance will be applied automatically. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be easily shared with the recipient. Please note, we offer digital gift cards only. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed exclusively at bluelikya.com. Gift cards are non-refundable once they have been issued.

Can I save items to a wishlist?Absolutely. Our Wishlist feature allows you to easily save and revisit your favorite Blue Likya pieces. Whether you’re browsing on your phone, tablet, or desktop, your wishlist will keep your selections organized in one place. To enjoy a seamless experience across all your devices, simply sign in to your account before saving items. This way, your wishlist will automatically sync, allowing you to access your favorites whenever and wherever you choose. If you prefer to browse as a guest, you’re still welcome to save products to your wishlist. However, please note that guest wishlists are stored only on your current device and won’t transfer between devices unless you validate your email address. By entering your email as a guest, you’ll receive a confirmation link, once clicked, your wishlist will be securely saved and synced for future visits. To begin curating your personal collection, visit your Wishlist page anytime, your favouites will always be waiting for you.

Can I return gift packaging and gift cards?Gift packaging and digital gift cards are final sale items and are not eligible for a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long does it take to receive a refund?The refund timeframe depends on your original payment method: Gift Cards Refunds will be credited back to your original gift card once we receive the returned items. For orders partially paid with a gift card, the gift card amount will be refunded first, with any remaining balance returned to your credit card. Credit or Debit Card Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your items. PayPal Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours of our refund confirmation email. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care team.

Are there any non-refundable fees?Shipping fees, international taxes, customs duties, and any additional charges paid are non-refundable. Gift bags and gift cards are also excluded from refunds. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund any charges incurred upon delivery. You may wish to contact your local customs office to inquire about recovering these costs. If a package is refused at delivery, duties and taxes paid will not be refunded. We recommend contacting your local authorities for further guidance on these charges. Refunds will be processed in the original purchase currency. Blue Likya is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund.

What type of plating do you use, and how long does it take to tarnish?We use an advanced flash plating technique with an electrophoretic coating. This method not only enhances the beauty of our jewellery but also provides exceptional protection against tarnishing, helping your pieces maintain their brilliance over time. Our flash plating creates a durable, protective layer over recycled brass and recycled sterling silver, reducing wear and making it ideal for everyday wear. Does your jewellery contain nickel?All Blue Likya jewelry is completely nickel- and lead-free.

Do you offer replating services?Unfortunately, we do not provide repairs or replating services.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?All our jewelry is handmade using nickel- and lead-free materials. Please note that while we strive for hypoallergenic quality, some pieces have a recycled brass base metal (except for our sterling silver collection), so we cannot guarantee complete hypoallergenic properties. How do I redeem my loyalty points?At Blue Likya, every 100 points earns you US$1.00 towards your next purchase. You’ll need to collect 500 points to unlock your first reward. When you're ready to redeem your points, simply visit your account’s Rewards section to generate your unique voucher code. Apply this code at checkout to enjoy your savings. No need to worry if you forget to copy your code, your available vouchers will remain safely stored in your account under Your Rewards, ready for you whenever you choose to use them.
